Medicaid “limited, but not invalidated”

Scotusblog reports that the Medicaid provision has been “limited, but not invalidated.”  No word yet on what that means, exactly.  But if the Court has upheld the mandate (which it apparently has), and fundamentally has upheld Medicaid (which it apparently has), then the rest of the ACA should stand.  If those two provisions survived, the Court would have no basis to strike down the rest of the law.

More ASAP.
