Scotusblog: “The bottom line: the entire ACA is upheld, with the exception that the federal government’s power to terminate states’ Medicaid funds is narrowly read.”

We still do not have a link to the opinion.  But Scotusblog is reporting that:


–The entire ACA has been upheld.

–The Medicaid provision is read narrowly, but only with respect to the government’s power to cut off a state’s Medicaid funds.

–Chief Justice Roberts provided the deciding vote that saved the law.
